We have been in Alaska this past week on the Carnival Legend and I now feel like I am ready for fall weather. It is time for sweaters, cute boots, and curling up with a fire.

I can't wait to see the leaves changing. Now if only we could put off the snow that follows after the pumpkin spice everything.

Do you love Pumpkin recipes? As soon as the leaves start changing I am headfirst into making new pumpkin recipes. Are there any new recipes you would love to see?

Do you happen to have an alcohol free version of this recipe? It sounds wonderful but I don't drink alcohol. I thought maybe you could just use water and add a couple tsp. of rum extract? thanks, Susan
