Creamy Crockpot Garlic Beef Stroganoff is packed with flavor! Filled with beef and mushrooms in a creamy sauce served over egg noodles.

Crock Pot Garlic Beef Stroganoff

This Crock Pot Garlic Beef Stroganoff is an updated version of our really popular Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff

I added a few ingredients and changed a few things up for this recipe. You still have the great taste of our classic Beef Stroganoff with the addition of more mushrooms and garlic.

Because everything is better with a bit of garlic

Ingredients

  • Boiling water
  • Beef bullion cubes
  • Condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Large onion
  • Garlic cloves
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Beef top round steak
  • Oil
  • Cream cheese
  • Hot Egg noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 Beef Bouillon Cube
  • 10-¾ ounces Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 8.5 Ounce sliced mushrooms 2 - 4-½ ounces each sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1-½ to 2 pounds beef top round steak cut into thin strips
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 8 Ounce Cream Cheese
  • Egg noodles Cooked

Instructions

  • Add the soup, mushrooms, onion, garlic and Worcestershire sauce.
  • In a skillet, brown beef in oil. Transfer to the Crock Pot.
  • Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until the meat is tender.
  • Stir in cream cheese until smooth.
  • Serve with noodles.

    Yum!!! I love stroganoff and often buy it but I hate how salty (and processed with extra junk) store bought boxed stuff is. I don't really like it with steak though so I wonder if ground beef would work if I brown it first?

    Recipe looks yummy. I was a little confused when the directions say to dissolve a bouillon in water but bouillon is not a listed ingredient.
