Crock Pot Garlic Herb Mashed Potatoes Recipe

If you are a reader of our Tammilee Tips Facebook Page you may have seen me talking about Thanksgiving recipes a couple of weeks ago. I know it is only September but for some reason, Thanksgiving has been on my mind early this year.

I set a goal of seeing if I could make the majority of Thanksgiving recipes we normally enjoy with a crockpot. Not all together of course because that would just be crazy 🙂

So far I have tackled a few of the main items and some sides. I loved hearing what everyone on the Facebook page normally serves for Thanksgiving. It was cool to see how the options differ around the country.

Today's Crock Pot Garlic Herb Mashed Potatoes Recipe would be perfect for Thanksgiving but since it is only September it also works great for any night of the week.

Don't worry I won't overload you with Thanksgiving recipes for at least a week or 2. I promise to at least wait until October before I start sharing them.

For some unknown reason, mashed potatoes are one of those foods I just can't get my boys to eat. When I try this recipe tonight, it'll show them exactly what they've been missing. Wish me luck!

Mashed potatoes are my ultimate comfort food, so being able to whip some up in the slow cooker would be awesome. I love that you kept the skins on too!
