We LOVE making homemade whipped cream and flavoring it with seasonal flavors. My husband makes a bourbon whipped cream that is epic.

I figured with St. Patrick's Day coming soon I would share this Bailey's Whipped Cream Recipe perfect for topping Irish Coffee or even Bailey's Coffee.

Since we keep getting a ton of snow I think I am going to use it to top my favorite Baileys hot chocolate this week.

OOOH Maybe I need to make an epic ice cream sundae and top it with this flavored whipped cream. There are so many options for ways to use this epic Irish Cream Whipped Cream.

Oooh what about on chocolate brownies.

I also think this would be so good on pancakes or waffles. Though I did enjoy it straight from the bowl so you can also do that. LOL!

    Ingredients

    • Heavy Whipping Cream
    • Confectioners Sugar/powdered sugar
    • Bailey's Irish Cream liqueur

    What is Bailey's Irish Cream?

According to the Bailey's website, the Original Irish Cream blends Irish whiskey and spirits with Irish dairy cream and a touch of rich chocolate and vanilla flavors.

    Equipment Needed

KitchenAid Stand Mixer or a Hand Mixer

Piping Tip and Piping Bag - If you want to get fancy and pipe the Irish Cream Whipped Cream onto your desserts.

How to make Bailey's Irish Cream Whipped Cream

Place mixing bowl and whisk attachment in the refrigerator/freezer for a while to get them really cold. This will help the heavy whipping cream whip up.

To make a chocolate Baileys whipped cream add in 1.5 tablespoons cocoa powder and combine with the whipping cream as it starts to whip together.

    Recipe Tips

Having cold ingredients and equipment will help the whipping cream whip up perfectly.

Powdered sugar will whip up easier than granulated sugar and blend in to form soft peaks.

You can add in a bit of vanilla extract if you want to make this a bit more vanilla in flavor.
