How to make Bailey's Irish Cream Whipped Cream
Place mixing bowl and whisk attachment in the refrigerator/freezer for a while to get them really cold. This will help the heavy whipping cream whip up.
Add heavy whipping cream and confectioner sugar to mixing bowl and whisk until peaks form.
Slowly pour in Bailey's Irish Cream until mixed in and soft peaks form.
To make a chocolate Baileys whipped cream add in 1.5 tablespoons cocoa powder and combine with the whipping cream as it starts to whip together.
Having cold ingredients and equipment will help the whipping cream whip up perfectly.
Powdered sugar will whip up easier than granulated sugar and blend in to form soft peaks.
You can add in a bit of vanilla extract if you want to make this a bit more vanilla in flavor.
