Crock Pot 7 Layer Bars

Any suggestions on what else I should make in the crockpot with the loaf pan? Do you have any recipes you love?

I am so excited I finally found a loaf pan that will fit in my crockpot. I have been trying for months to find one that fits and randomly cleaning out a cabinet I found a loaf pan stuck in the far back of a cabinet.

Now I can share some amazing bread and layered bar recipes from the crockpot. I am going to fully admit to doing a little dance in the kitchen in excitement.

These Crock Pot 7 Layer Bars are my first of hopefully many recipes made with the loaf pan inside the crockpot.

John told me after trying these that he wasn't sure I could top them. I am taking that as a challenge to see what else can be made!

Ingredients

  • Butter
  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Chocolate chips
  • Butterscotch chips
  • Coconut
  • Pecan pieces
  • Sweetened condensed milk

We hope you enjoy these 7 layer bars in the slow cooker! You can make them 6 layer bars if you want to leave the pecans off and make them nut-free.

You could try coconut oil instead of milk. I use it once a month, works great!

could you use canning lids to hold up the loaf pan on the 7-layer bar recipe?

Hi Carolyn, I have never tried it but it may work. I would just be careful with how hot the lids will get

I made the crockpot lasagna - DELISH! I almost overcooked it but we liked the crispy edges. I have made the 7 layer bars in the oven; can't wait to try the crockpot loaf ones. Keep those recipes coming, & thanx.
