I love making fun twists on Classic Moscow Mules recipes. There are so many great ways to add fun unique flavors to these cocktails.

The combination of orange juice and ginger beer tastes amazing. You can also make this recipe with blood orange juice, tangerine juice, or really any citrus juice you enjoy.

We just got back from a huge travel writers conference and I am so excited to get back in the kitchen.

I was the keynote speaker for the event...EEEK!!!!

It went really well but I am going to admit I was nervous right before taking the stage. Sharing the journey we have been on for over 12 years with our website was really fun.

One of the things I love about sharing cocktail recipes is they remind me of epic travels to fun places.

Anything citrus based makes me think of visiting Sorrento, Italy and the giant lemons hanging from the pergolas in restaurants.

Can you imagine being able to just pull fresh citrus right from a tree and make cocktails Talk about a dream.

We are barely getting out of freezing temperatures in Spokane right now. The thought of living someplace warm and tropical sounds delightful.

Until that happens I am going to keep making fruity cocktails that taste amazing and are easy to make.
