Ingredients
- Onion,
- Oil
- Turkey
- Celery
- Carrots
- Long cooking wild rice
- Pepper
- Chicken broth
- Evaporated milk
- Flour
- Peas

Slow Cooker Crock Pot Turkey and Wild Rice Soup Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ cup onion chopped
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 cup turkey diced
- 1 cup celery diced
- 1 cup carrots diced
- ½ cup wild rice long cooking
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 12 oz evaporated milk
- ⅓ cup flour
- 1 cup peas
Instructions
- Cook onions
- add cooked onions, turkey, celery, carrots, rice and seasoning to crock pot
- Stir in chicken broth
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours
- Mix in evap milk, flour, stir in peas
- Cook on low for 20 minutes
