Air Fryer Corn on the Cob Recipe
I know there are a ton of ways for cooking corn but I am excited to share my new favorite method. If you follow the website frequently you know I am addicted to using my air fryer.
It is honestly my favorite kitchen tool along with our slow cooker. Right now I am not sure which one is getting used more. Ok, it is the air fryer but only because it is summer and we are enjoying all of the fresh vegetables available right now.
Roasted corn and grilled corn are two of our summer favorites but I honestly don't want to turn on the barbecue just to make a couple of ears of corn for dinner. Enter in the handy air fryer and in minutes we can have hot roasted delicious epic corn without having to wait for the oven or barbecue to heat up.
Can you tell I have a love for sweet corn in the air fryer? My husband keeps laughing at how often I am serving it with dinner right now. It is truly so delicious and easy and perfect for summer nights.
