2 Ingredient Oreo Bark

I love how quick and easy it is to make this Oreo Chocolate Bark.

All you need is a few minutes and 2 ingredients to make an epic chocolate candy bark.

This recipe is one party easy candy recipe and one party easy chocolate recipe.

Ingredient

  • Oreo Cookies
  • White Chocolate Chips/Discs

This recipe can be made with white chocolate chips, candy coatings, or vanilla bark, or change it up and make it with a milk chocolate base for even more chocolate flavor.

Equipment

Parchment Paper -  I love that I can use parchment paper to help make it easier to remove the Oreo White Chocolate Bark. They also make clean-up a breeze. If you are not using parchment paper you will want to spray non-stick cooking spray on your baking sheet to help the cookies not stick.

Baking Sheets - We are huge fans of these baking sheets with sides. You don't have to worry; you will remove the cookies from the oven and have them slide right off.

Spatula

Large Mixing Bowl - We are big fans of this glass batter bowl that has a handle. It makes it easy to mix ingredients and keeps the mixing bowl steady on the counter.

How to make Oreo Bark

Line baking sheet with parchment paper

Step 1

Break Oreos into pieces and remove as many crumbs as possible. Tap them lightly to remove any extra crumbs. This helps keep the white chocolate clean.

Step 2

Add white chocolate chips/discs or a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after every interval until melted.

Make sure to try and melt the chocolate evenly. We like to use the microwave because it is quick and easy and cuts down on the total time needed for this recipe.

You can also use a double boiler if you want to melt the chocolate that way.

Step 3

Gently fold Oreo crumbs into the melted chocolate until evenly spread. Pour onto a parchment paper-lined baking pan.

Use a spatula to spread the mixture into an even layer.

For more Oreos on top sprinkle pieces over the top of the melted chocolate and press them in.

Allow to cool and solidify, break into chunks before serving. You can also cut the bark with a sharp knife if you want distinct edges.

Recipe Tips

Store in an airtight container. If you want to store it longer you can keep it in the refrigerator in an airtight sealable container.

This Oreo Bark is a great DIY Christmas Gift. A fun change to Peppermint Bark.

To make Peppermint Oreo Bark fold in crushed candy cane to add in a great peppermint flavor.

You can add in M&M or other candies for different flavors.

You can use different flavors of Oreo Cookies for fun variations of this recipe. The chocolate mint Oreos would be amazing.

If you plan to give this Oreo Bark as a gift you can wrap it in wax paper and wrap a bow around it, place it in a cute container, or in a cute gift bag.

This dessert bark can be customized for the holidays! Add in fun sprinkles to make it perfect for Christmas, Easter, or any holiday.

This Oreo Bark can be frozen in the freezer for up to 4-6 months before it gets really hard and difficult to break up.
