Ingredients needed for homemade cinnamon rolls
- Store-bought pizza dough
- Butter
- Brown sugar
- Cinnamon

Cream Cheese Icing Ingredients
- Softened cream cheese
- Butter
- Powdered sugar
- Cinnamon
- Milk

Semi-Homemade Cinnamon Rolls Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 Ounce store-bought pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- Optional additional ingredients: add in ½ cup raisins dried cranberries or walnuts if desired.
Cream Cheese Icing
- 1 Ounce Cream Cheese softened
- 1 tablespoon Butter softened
- ⅓ cup Confectioners Powdered Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1-2 tablespoons Milk
Instructions
- Butter a baking dish and set aside
- Preheat the oven to 375-degrees.
- Roll out the dough to ¼-inch thick. Butter the dough. Gently press the brown sugar into the dough on top of the butter. Sprinkle with the cinnamon. (Top with optional ingredients if desired).
- Cut the dough into 8 equal strips. Carefully roll the dough up. Place each roll in the prepared baking dish, about 1-inch apart
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the rolls are golden brown.
Cream Cheese Icing Directions
- Cream together the butter and cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the powdered sugar, cinnamon, and milk.
- Spread the icing over the warm rolls and serve immediately.
