Bisquick Blueberry Muffins
This is the perfect recipe to make quick and easy blueberry muffins.
I ended up making this recipe four times before I finally got it photographed.
The first three times I made this recipe my husband was home and while I was waiting on the muffins to cool down to be able to photograph them they slowly but surely disappeared.
I learned my lesson after three tries and made this fourth batch while he was at work. LOL!
Would you believe I started making this recipe back in July or August and I am finally getting it posted. This past summer feels like it just flew by.
I am honestly loving Fall and getting my mind wrapped around holiday planning and recipes. We have been baking a ton!
As the temperature drops, I find myself dreaming of making all the baked treats. Keep an eye out for new holiday recipes coming soon!

Muffin Cup Liners - Paper baking cups
Cooling Rack - to cool the muffins on.
How to make Bisquick Blueberry Muffins
Step 1 - Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
Place paper muffin liners into the muffin tin so it is ready. If you do not want to use paper liners make sure to grease bottom of the muffin pan.
Step 2 - Combine Bisquick mix, milk, sugar, vegetable oil, and egg in a large bowl.
Stir together until well combined.
Step 3 - Gently fold fresh blueberries into mix gently so the blueberries do not burst.
Step 4 - Divide batter evenly into 12 medium muffin cups. We fill the muffin cups three-fourths full so there is room for the muffins to grow.
Step 5 - Bake until golden brown.
Step 6 - Enjoy some of the best blueberry muffins!
