Grilled cheese sandwiches are comfort food for me!!! The cooler weather is finally in Washington after such a hot summer!! John was craving some of my Tomato Basil Soup so I whipped these up Sloppy Joe Grilled Cheese sandwiches up for him to have with a batch of soup!
John was skeptical how well sloppy joes in a grilled cheese would work but like usual he loved the meal!!
Sloppy Joe Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
There is just something so comforting about anything made with Sloppy Joes. My friend Brett from This Mama Loves makes Sloppy Joes stuffed peppers and they look amazing.
Growing up I always looked forward to Sloppy Joe night for dinner. There is just something about having dinner with the word sloppy in it.
As a kid, it makes you think about food fights and making a mess. As an adult, it just feels like you get to be a kid again for a few minutes.
