This iced latte with RumChata is such a dreamy, boozy coffee drink. It takes barely a minute to prepare, making a simple cup of coffee taste even more impressive.

I wish I could say that we enjoyed these on a tropical island, but unfortunately, that is not the reality. LOL!

We are enjoying them in the winter wonderland of Spokane, Washington, and dreaming of being someplace with palm trees and sand between our toes. Until we can get to the beach, we enjoy this dreamy iced coffee with RumChata.

This cocktail is such a fun twist on an Iced Irish Coffee.

There are a couple of ways to make an Iced Coffee with RumChata. How you make your RumChata Iced Coffee depends on the flavor you are going for.

You can brew additional coffee in the morning and let it sit until you are ready to use it later in the day, or you can buy a premade cold brew and add it to the RumChata.

You can also store your coffee in the fridge and use the chilled coffee to make this recipe.
