Easy Garlic Cheese Muffins Recipe

Do you ever see a recipe and know you have to make it. That is how I felt when I saw this recipe for Garlic Cheese Muffins. It was 10 pm and I was reading Southern Living Magazine and this recipe jumped off the page.

I am a huge fan of garlic, cheese, and muffins so combining all three sounded amazing! These muffins are so good!

  • Self-rising flour
  • Milk
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Garlic cloves
  • Mayonnaise
  • Sugar

How to make Garlic Cheese Muffins! These are fantastic paired with spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 3 garlic minced
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar

Instructions

  • Combine self-rising flour and milk in a bowl
  • stir in cheddar cheese, minced garlic, mayonnaise, and sugar
  • Spoon into a greased 12-cup muffin pan
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 18 minutes or until golden

    These sound amazing! They remind me of the cheddar biscuits from Red Lobster. Can't wait to try these. 🙂
