This iced latte with RumChata is such a dreamy boozy coffee drink. I love that it takes barely a minute to prepare and it just makes a cup of coffee taste even more amazing.
I wish I could say that we were enjoying these on a tropical island but that just isn't true at the moment. LOL!
We are enjoying them in a winter wonderland of Spokane, Washington and dreaming of being someplace with palm trees and sand between our toes. Until we can make it to the beach we are enjoying this dreamy iced coffee with RumChata.

RumChata is a blend of Caribbean Rum, Cream, and flavors of cinnamon and vanilla.
The dairy cream is sourced from Wisconsin. The spices are sourced around the world.

RumChata does not have to be refrigerated. RumChata can be stored at room temperature.

How to make a RumChata Iced Latte
There are a couple of ways to make an Iced Coffee with RumChata. You can make additional coffee in the morning and let it sit until you are ready to use it later in the day or you can buy premade cold brew and add in the RumChata.
You can store your coffee in the fridge and use the chilled coffee to make this recipe.
It really depends on the flavor you are going for.
You can also make a RumChata Coffee with hot coffee.
Feel free to change the amount of RumChata to fit how much alcohol you want in this cocktail.
This recipe can easily be made for a large crowd. Just change the serving amount on the recipe card below. You can make this RumChata cocktail in a pitcher and serve it to guests.
If you want a bit more vanilla flavor you can add in Vanilla Vodka for more flavor.
