Measuring cups/Measuring spoons
Large Mixing Bowl - We are big fans of this glass batter bowl that has a handle. It makes it easy to mix ingredients and keeps the mixing bowl steady on the counter.
Hand Mixer - You can also use an electric mixer or stand mixer to prepare this dessert dip. A mixer really helps get the ingredients combined together and help the dessert dip be smooth.
Serving Dish - We like to serve this in a large bowl so there is space to dip in.

Preparation and Storage
Make Ahead – This can be made aa day ahead of time and stored in the fridge. Just stir it before serving so you get the fluffy whipped texture.
Storage – Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Freezing/How to freeze – We do not suggest freezing this recipe. The consistency/texture will change when defrosted.
Substitutions - Feel free to change up the flavor of pudding used. You could try butterscotch for a pumpkin butterscotch dip.
Vegetarian Option - This recipe is vegetarian
Vegan Option – Vegan dairy free whipped substitutes can be used, vegan cream cheese, double check the remaining ingredients just to make sure you are comfortable with them.
It is my understanding that Jell-O Instant Pudding Vanilla mix is vegan.
Gluten Free - Double check the specific brands you plan to use but this recipe can easily be made gluten-free
Smaller Serving Size – This recipe can be halved but we suggest making the full serving since it disappears so quickly.
Larger Group/More servings – This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled for a larger group.
Sugar Free – Sugar Free vanilla pudding mix, Cool Whip Lite can be used to lower the calories/sugar in this recipe.
You can serve this pumpkin cheesecake dip at room temperature or refrigerated. I like to set it out for a bit so it is easy to dip into and the cookies don't break in it.
