This year I decided to dive deep into making all the St. Patrick's Day party food and drinks I could think of. I have been having so much fun whipping up green cocktails and making all the corned beef, fried cabbage, and leprechaun bait.

St. Patrick's Day always reminds me of how much I love visiting Ireland and how much I want to return for another visit. There is something magical about the landscape and people of Ireland. The warmth and mystery that surrounds the country.

This Leprechaun Beer is probably not something you are going to find at a pub in Dublin but that doesn't mean you can't serve it with a twinkle in your eye for St. Patrick's Day.

Because let's be honest and admit that St. Patrick's Day has taken on a whole new meaning from what it historically started as.

So today I raise my mini beer shot glass to you and say...

To all the days here and after
May they be filled with fond memories, happiness, and laughter.

This is one of my favorite Irish Toasts that I hope brings you a smile.

    Ingredients Needed

    • Green Crème de Menthe
    • Baileys Irish Cream

    Equipment Needed

    Mini Beer Shot Glasses

    Bartending Spoon

    How to make Leprechaun Beer

Step 1 - Add green crème de menthe to the shot glass. Try to pour in the middle of the shot glass so the green does not get onto the side of the glass.

Step 2 - Slowly pour Baileys over the back of a bartending spoon so it creates the foam at the top of the Leprechaun Beer.

    Recipe Tips

Make sure to slowly pour the Irish Cream so it doesn't mix into the Green Crème de Menthe.
