RumChata Eggnog Cocktail
The combination of RumChata and Eggnog makes the perfect creamy cocktail. This cocktail can be adapted to your flavor preference with more or less RumChata.
This RumChata Cocktail makes me think about curling up in front of the fire with a comfy blanket over my legs relaxing the night away. This time of year is so busy and hectic that it is nice to take a few minutes to enjoy a delicious drink and relax a bit.
It has been snowing here in Spokane which is making me think of every reason I should be curled up in front of the fireplace. The cats will not complain one bit if I slow down and relax for a while.

Ingredients
- RumChata Cream Liqueur
- Eggnog
Garnish - Whipped Cream, Ground Nutmeg, cinnamon stick, candy canes, cinnamon sugar
Egg Nog - We use premade store bought eggnog but you can easily use homemade eggnog for this recipe.
What is RumChata?
RumChata is a blend of Caribbean Rum, Cream, and flavors of cinnamon and vanilla.
The dairy cream is sourced from Wisconsin. The spices are sourced around the world.
Does RumChata need to be refrigerated?
RumChata does not have to be refrigerated. RumChata can be stored at room temperature.

How to make a RumChata Eggnog Cocktail
In a rocks glass, add in a handful of ice. Top with RumChata and Eggnog. Stir to mix together
Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground nutmeg.
If you are not a fan of whipped cream you can skip it and instead make a cinnamon sugar rim on the glass.
Recipe Tips
This recipe can easily be made for a large crowd. Just change the serving amount on the recipe card below. You can make this Eggnog and RumChata cocktail in a pitcher and serve it to guests. I would not use to many ice cubes in the pitcher just to make sure they don't melt and water down the drink.
Serve immediately after making this drink.
For a stronger drink add in an ounce of bourbon.
For a sweeter drink drizzle in a bit of caramel sauce.

- 1-2 Ounce RumChata
- 4 Ounce Eggnog
- Whipped Cream, Ground Nutmeg Garnish
Instructions
- Add ice to a rocks glass. Add in RumChata and Eggnog. Stir to mix together.
- Garnish with whipped cream and ground nutmeg.
