Recipe Tips
If you want a spicier cranberry jalapeno salsa you can add in a 2nd jalapeno or leave some of the jalapeno membrane/seeds in when you combine everything.
You may need to strain the salsa if you have it sit for a while. The cranberries will release juices and they can pool in the bottom of the container. You can strain it with a slotted spoon before serving.
To change up the flavor you can use orange or lemon juice instead of fresh lime juice.
Store any leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container.
