Daily Diary ~ Viva Las Vegas

Viva Las Vegas!

I am spending this week exploring Las Vegas and attending a travel conference. I will be sharing pictures via our Twitter and Instagram accounts so make sure and check them out!

This week we have so much planned! I am going to experience driving an excavator at Dig This Vegas…..eek!

I am a bit scared, excited and oh so nervous but excited for that adventure. Total random life bucket list moment that is perfect for Vegas.

We are also going to be checking out some killer restaurants including Giada’s which looks SO GOOD!

Bellagio Fountains

Vegas has so many new and exciting changes since we last visited a little over a year ago. Have you seen the new High Roller observation wheel? It is the largest observation wheel in the world now. I am hoping we will be able to get some killer shots of the Vegas Strip at night….

Mt. Rainier National Park

Famous conservationist John Muir  stated about Mt. Rainier National Park “The most luxuriant and the most extravagantly beautiful of all the alpine gardens I ever beheld in all my mountain-top wanderings.”  It’s easy to see why once you have seen this mountain in full bloom with wildflowers everywhere after the snow has melted.

The best place to see these wildflowers is going to Paradise Visitor Center. From here you can take several trails with wildflowers everywhere including Bear Grass, Avalanche Lilies, Indian Paintbrush and my favorite Huckleberries  just to name a few. …

Daily Diary ~ Hearing YMCA sung by the Village People at Northern Quest!

You know those weird life bucket list moments that just make you giggle and oh so happy…..well last night I had one hearing YMCA sung by the Village People at Northern Quest.

This concert was sooooo fun! I am going to fully admit to singing along to YMCA and trying to take pictures while dancing at the same time.

The Village People know how to put on an event! WOW!
