4th of July Fruit Parfait

4th of July Fruit Parfait

I wanted to make up a quick and easy fruit dish for the 4th of July. I decided to use martini glasses since they looked really cool. I also thought about putting them in Mason Jars but I was not sure how hard it would be to dig out the fruit at the bottom.

I layered blueberries, cool whip and strawberries to make the parfait pictured above. I think I will try this with vanilla ice cream or pudding next time.
This was a super quick and easy treat to make up for our 4th of July get together.
