Pineapple Angel Food Cake

Pineapple Angel Food Cake

Ingredients

Pineapple Angel Food Cake Ingredients
1 package Angel Food Cake Mix
1 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple

Directions
Combine Angel Food Cake Mix and crushed pineapple in a Mixing Bowl by hand. Make sure and mix thoroughly so everything is combined

Do not let this mix sit in the bowl for very long, it has a tendency to grow and expand over the top :-)

Pour into a 13 x 9 Baking Pan

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees

Keep an eye out for cake mix and pineapple coupons to help save on the cost of this recipe!

Do you have any idea how this would work in high altitude, would love to try it but don’t know if I should adjust for high altitude or not.

I use the oceans pray jelly cranberry sauce (2) 14oz cans and use the juice from the crushed pineapple can and banana cream jello pudding packet. Mix together like the rest of the resides call for. My husband LOVES the cranberry better and I think the pineapple juice and banana cream pudding mix take away the tartness from the cranberries. But it comes out perfect every time!
