Fun 2 Ingredient Ranch Pickles are the perfect side dish. These pickles take minutes to prepare and taste fantastic.
2 Ingredient Ranch Pickles Recipe
This is another viral TikTok recipe similar to the TikTook Booty Dip we shared yesterday.
When I made Kool-Aid Pickles last summer I got a lot of messages that I had lost my mind. I also received messages that people loved them so I figure it balanced out.
These Ranch Pickles are most likely going to get the same messages but they are so worth it.
I am going to admit that I am someone who puts pickles on their grilled cheese sandwiches, on veggie burgers, really in anything I possibly can.
I just love pickles! I also love ranch dressing so this recipe was a match made in heaven for me.
Plus it only takes two ingredients and maybe two minutes to prepare which makes me really happy.
Ingredient
- Pickles
- Dry Ranch Seasoning
Pickles - This recipe can be made with dill pickle spears, sandwich slices, or dill pickle chip pickles depending on how you plan to serve them.
You can use your favorite brand of pickles for these TikTok Ranch Pickles.
Just make sure you get a 24 ounce jar dill pickle spears or similar so you have enough liquid to absorb the ranch seasoning.
Ranch Seasoning Mix - We use Hidden Valley Original Ranch Seasoning but you can use a homemade ranch seasoning or a flavored spicy ranch seasoning.
Equipment Needed
NONE! All you need it the jar the pickles come in.
How to make Ranch Pickles
This may be the easiest recipe I have shared in 12 years!
Step 1 - Open the jar of refrigerator pickles, pour in hidden valley ranch seasoning mix.
Step 2 - Shake it! Shake it! Shake it! Shaking the jar helps spread the ranch mix evenly.
Step 3 - Refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
Step 4 - Enjoy!
Recipe Tips
The leftover ranch flavored pickle juice can be used to brine chicken.
If you are worried about shaking the glass jar of dill pickles or having it break you can transfer the pickles to a large Ziploc bag or a plastic container and then add in the packet of ranch seasoning.
The pickles should last until the best buy date on the jar.
Make sure you do not drain the pickle brine brine from the jar. You want the juice to help absorb the mix into the pickles.
These ranch pickles have been blowing up the internet and social media. They are a fun way to get guests talking at a party or barbecue.
We love serving this as a great side dish for BBQ Ribs.
