Do you ever see a recipe and know you have to make it. That is how I felt when I saw this recipe for Garlic Cheese Muffins. It was 10pm and I was reading Southern Living Magazine and this recipe jumped off the page.
I am a huge fan of garlic, cheese and muffins so combining all three sounded amazing! These muffins are so good!
I will definitely be making these Garlic Cheese Muffins again really soon.
Garlic Cheese Muffins
2 cups self rising flour
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 minced garlic cloves
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Sugar
Combine self-rising flour and milk in a bowl
stir in cheddar cheese, minced garlic, mayonnaise, and sugar
Spoon into a greased 12-cup muffin pan
Bake at 375 degrees for 18 minutes or until golden
